Italian Playgroups

Italian story & rhyme time for children under 4

Did you know that we launched our very first Italian playgroup in Greenwich in July 2017?
Since then, our weekly sessions have been a great success in more than 15 venues in London.

Our sessions are suitable for babies and toddlers who listen to stories and rhymes in Italian for the first time and are stimulated by lovely sensory activities as well as for pre-schoolers who improve their listening and attention and express themselves by singing, dancing and playing all together.

Since March 2020 we have been offering our sessions online.

ONLINE Italian Playgroups
Micro (0-2 yo) on Zoom

Italian rhymes and sensory play activities for little ones and their grown-ups. Each session will last 20 minutes. Young children learn best from consistent repetition, so we encourage you to keep singing and dancing to the same tunes day after day, week after week.

From Tue 20th April to Tue 25th May 2021, 10.00-10.20am
6 sessions, £25

Mini (2-4 yo) on Zoom

Every week we will go on a new adventure, singing traditional Italian rhymes and using our imagination while learning and practicing Italian in a fun way!
Siblings and younger children are welcome but please note that activities are aimed at 2-4 year olds.

From Tue 20th April to Tue 25th May 2021, 10.30-11.00am
6 sessions, £25

From Fri 23rd April to Fri 28th May 2021, 4.00-4.30pm
6 sessions, £25

Music Tree

Music Tree was founded in 2017 by Tiziana Pozzo and Sam West, both musicians and music educators, with the aim to bring music and music education to the community throughout classes and concerts. After three years, Music Tree has grown its team of teachers and its projects, offering now classes for people of all ages and needs in various parts of London and International training courses for teachers and educators, participating from all over the world. At Music Tree, learning and playing music is not only important in developing musical ability, but it is also integral to the personal and social development irrespective of age. Most of all it is fun!
